The Office Productivity Centre OPC is our ICT support provider and the primary point of engagement for all ICT enquiries, management of incidents and service requests from members, volunteers and employees of the society.
Getting ICT Support
OPC's team of ICT experts can help you with all your software issues and hardware requirements. They are also responsible for accounts set-up and management.
There are different ways to log a service ticket with OPC. The easiest one is to IT app located on your computer's task bar, select the option that says “Create Service Ticket” and describe the issue. See the Service Ticket Guide for more information.
Another way to request support is to email service.desk@opc.com.au with details on the ICT issue and your best contact number.
After you submit your request, The service Desk will create a ticket with your case and the next available ICT expert will contact you.
